HOW TO BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION
You can book any of our properties either by calling our office on 01373 452907 or by e-mailing us.
We are only able to confirm bookings on receipt of the following:
1) MORE THAN SIX WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL

A payment equal to 1/3 of the rental cost - with the balance plus £100 or £50 refundable security payment six weeks before
your arrival.

For bookings made more than 8 months in advance we only require 1/5 of the rental cost and then two further payments to complete the balance - with the final payment plus £100 or £50 refundable security payment due six weeks before your arrival.
2) LESS THAN SIX WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL

A payment of the full rental cost plus £100 or £50 refundable security payment.
3) A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM

4) A LIST OF PARTY NAMES AND ARRIVAL TIME

We require the names of your party for security and insurance purposes. Please also let us know your expected time of arrival so that we can meet you with the property keys.
We accept most major credit/debit cards (at no extra charge).
Cheques should be made payable to P & G Gregory.
